Kristine Andrews, P.E. Owner and Principal Engineer
Kristine has a diverse background encompassing structural analysis; investigation of damage accumulation in cylindrical and flat laminated graphite/epoxy composite material; environmental engineering; water and wastewater management; utility design; biosolids management; and development and quality assurance / quality control.
Prior to founding CES, Kristine began as a Graduate Engineer at Roming-Parker Associates, Consulting Engineers in 1992. In 1995, she became a Project Manager for Beach Engineering.

Scot Andrews, P.E. Owner and Principal Engineer
Scot's background includes investigation of damage effects in laminated composite panels; structural and thermal FEA analysis; design of xerographic, thermal and ink jet printer systems; mechanism design; and an extensive knowledge of injection molded and compression molded plastics. Scot has developed specific experience with high flow length ratio (thin wall) plastics, thin compression molded composites, and FEA analysis of injection molded plastic parts.
Prior to founding CES, Scot was a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Texas Instruments, PPPD. He began at TI in 1991. He designed major subassemblies for both the ATB2000 and ATB1400 printers and the printer/paper feed mechanism for a TI desktop inkjet printer. Scot then moved into TI's Mobile Computing Architecture Lab. As part of the MCAL, he worked on the TravelMate TM5000 and TM6000 platforms and numerous proprietary projects designed to evaluate new technology upstream from the product realization groups.
